Welcome to LINCOLN HOUSE OUTREACH, a non-profit organization for NORC - Natural Occurring Retirement Communities.

We have been serving the residents of Lincoln Guild Housing Corporate at 303 West 66th Street in New York City for over 20 years. 

The programs we offer provide intergenerational activies to build community. They also enable older residents to remain active and engaged, while staying in their homes, longer than might otherwise be possible.

We have a full time social worker, case manager, and intern. They help to provide information of services to our constituents and also devise and implement programs ranging from lectures, book clubs, Pilates and yoga classes, and choral and knitting groups. We take advantage of the Lincoln Square neighborhood by obtaining discount tickets to events at Lincoln Center.
